composition:
100% Essential Oils: Lavandin super Pole Ho, Ravintsara, Eucalyptus Radiata, Niaouli, Rosemary, White Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Clove spice, tea tree.
Dosage:
Massage ?: perform a massage with 3 to 5 drops in the chest and back 2-4 times a day. For sensitive skin dilute Aromaforce in sweet almond oil.
Environmental diffuser ?: few drops are sufficient to purify the atmosphere of the rooms at home or in the office.
In inhalation ?: depositing drops on a handkerchief or in a bowl of hot water and breathe for 5 or 10 minutes.
Oral ?: and mixing 1 to 4 drops 2-4 times daily with sugar, honey or vegetable oil, two or four times a day usage. Take before meals.
