Shipping Terms:
Hours of delivery: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9 to 19 hours. Do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be counted and packaged on the first business day following the holiday (see the work schedule of Barcelona).
Orders made during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will take effect the next business day under the above conditions.
Order processing hours from 09:00 until 17:00. Orders placed outside this time band will be processed the next business day.
Cancellation: You may cancel, change or modify the order without charge if the order is still in "Pending" within 12h. after ordering.
Lack of product in stock: In the event that there is any shortage of stock or we are temporarily in an article, INTERNATIONAL PHARMACY will contact the customer to discuss this immediately and give a new deadline or, if not possible to serve the product, we will cancel.

How can I track my order delivery?
When your order is confirmed (in-stock product availability and payment made) you will receive an email with a link from which you can follow your order in real time.

PAYMENTS:

EXCHANGE:
As there is a time interval between the time of purchase and the time your bank will make the charge on your credit card. So there may be differences in the amount of your purchase. Return of Payments: In the case of International Pharmacy, has to repay the amount paidby bank transfer, it shall be made by money order. When the amount owed has beenmade by credit card, it will be returned through the same target.
