Composed of two layers: the outer surface is a microporous polyurethane membrane and the inner is an acrylic film adhesive for easy attachment to the skin. Can be used to prevent scar hypertrophy and the appearance of keloids, scars still hypertrophied recent. Reduce keloids caused by burns, general surgery and orthopedic injuries. The effects can be observed at 8-10 weeks of treatment, but maintenance of the dressing over a longer period of time produce a better result. Protect from sunlight scars. INSTRUCTIONS: Clean and dry off the scar area to facilitate the implementation of TROFOLASTIN reducing scarring. Place the dressing over the scar making sure the edges are fixed on the skin. The dressing can be adapted to cut the size of the scar. You can stay fixed on the surface of the skin 24 hours a day. It is water resistant and therefore can be up to five days continuously attached. It should be kept at least 12 hours each day in contact with the scar but the less is the contact time with the scar, the longer the duration of treatment. Can be removed for daily cleaning and reuse the same dressing for several days. When you see that loses grip replaced by a new one.
