Saw Palmetto Extract (equivalent to 1440 mg of powdered berry)....160 mg
Providing fatty acids and sterols 85 to 95%
Glazing agents (gelatin, glycerin, dye: iron oxides), sunflower seed oil.

Posology:

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a small palm North that owes its name to the thorny stems with saw teeth shapes (saw in English) on the base of each leaf America. The extract obtained from its dark berries, is normally harvested between August and September.
It uses the Seminole Indians and Maya goes back, which used this plant as a tonic and as an expectorant and antiseptic. Traditionally it has also been used for male problems, although many professionals are turning their employment also to female hormonal changes related to the period.
