Complement of omega 3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA),
carotenoids (lutein and zeaxanthin), vitamins C and E and zinc and copper trace elements.

DHA and EPA: Omega 3 long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, mainly eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), are essential fatty acids essential for the proper functioning of the body. In the retina they are
high concentrations of DHA, specifically in the membrane of the outer segments of the retinal photoreceptors. DHA and EPA (precursor of DHA) are very important because they contribute to the maintenance of vision under normal conditions.
