Active Sweet Dreams is a complete product based on Melatonin substance that reduces the time to fall asleep, plants of traditional use such as Valerian, Hops, Passionflower, Melisa recognized for their anxiolytic properties and Rhodiola, Grifonia (5-HTP) and L- Theanina that favor relaxation. Minerals such as magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6, necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system, complete the formula.

 Composition:

    MELATONINE: Substance that contributes to reduce the time necessary to sleep.
    PASSIFLORA (Passiflora incarnata): plant traditionally used as a tranquilizer and to alleviate sleep problems.
    RHODIOLA (Rhodiola rosea L.): the phytochemical components rosavinas and salidrósidos, present in the root, provide adaptogenic property to this plant.
    VALERIANA (Valeriana officinalis): the root has sedative and anxiolytic effect. It is traditionally used to help induce sleep.
