DIRECTIONS: One tablet daily preferably with food, in adults and children over 12 years. COMPOSITION PER TABLET: - Vitamin D (200 IU) 5ug. - 81.4 mg Calcium AAC. - 19.4 mg Magnesium AAC. - Manganese AAC 12.5 ug. - Iodine 28.7 ug. - 0.27 mg Copper AAC. - Iron AAC 1.26 ug. - Potassium AAC 2.5 ug. - Selenium AAC 2.5 ug. - 1.25 mg Zinc AAC. - Molybdic acid 200ug. - Glutamic acid 12.5 mg. - Cobalt (acetate) 3mg. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate tribasic, acacia, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate. COMMENTS: This product contains no gluten, refined sugars, milk, saturated fatty acids, egg, yeast, citrus, cereals, salt, nuts, or artificial additives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegan. Contraindications: No contraindications or side effects at recommended doses known.
