Optiben is indicated in cases of sensation of dry eye and other minor annoyances without pathological significance, as well as the burning and ocular fatigue induced, for example, dust, smoke, dry heat, air conditioning, prolonged work at the computer or use of contact lenses.
How optiben acts: Optiben contains sodium hyaluronate, a natural polymer which is also found in ocular tissues. Its ability to retain water is essential in maintaining the tear film. Optiben balanced formulation to adjust its pH and osmolality similar to the tear values and gives the product irrigants, cooling and soothing properties for sensitive eyes. Preservative formulation enhances the excellent ocular tolerability optiben long-term, allowing regular daily use. Optiben is especially recommended for users of all types of contact lenses (hard or soft) as a lubricant solution before and during use of the lenses. Hyaluronate solution 0.25 mlPR010188 / 0106 
Dosage: 1 or 2 drops in each eye as needed. Wash your hands before using the solution. Remove the top of single dose container to open it. Do not touch the eyelid and the eye surface with the tip of the bottle. 
How to use: Place 1 or 2 drops of optiben in the lower eyelid and blink several times to the whole eye is covered by the liquid. 
To contact lens users: We recommend using optiben before inserting contact lenses. To lubricate the lens during use, put 1 or 2 drops in each eye as needed or as prescribed by your doctor. 
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component of the product. When used as recommended, optiben no adverse effects or known contraindications. Has not been studied using the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Care optiben: Before use, check that the single-use container is undamaged. Do not touch the eyelid and the eye surface with the tip of the bottle. Throw away any unused solution immediately after opening. Do not reuse a container of a single open use. Do not use product after expiration which you can find on the box. Store at room temperature below 25 ºC. After opening the envelope, keep the unit dose from light. Keep out of reach of children. When using any treatment simultaneously, do not give optiben while other drops. If discomfort persists while using optiben or recur when treatment is stopped, remove contact lenses and consult your ophthalmologist.
