Sotya Beta Carotene 60 Capsules Beta carotene is the provitamin A or, what is the same, a storage form of this fat-soluble vitamin. We recommend a vitamin A in the form of beta carotene, as the amount of beta carotene tolerated without reaching toxic levels is much higher than in the case of the vitamin.
