In the first stage a portion of the product is quickly released, the rest of the product is gradually released over a period of 6-8 hours. INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Solaray guarantees that in this product the following ingredients are present: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 75 mg. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), 75 mg. Niacin (niacinamide) 75 mg. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 75 mg. Pantothenic Acid (d-calcium pantothenate) 75 mg. PABA (Para-aminobenzoic acid) 75 mg. Choline (choline bitartrate) 75 mg. Inositol, 75 mg. Folic Acid 400 mcg. Vitamin B12 75 mcg. Biotin 75 mcg. OTHER INGREDIENTS: Gelatin (capsule), cellulose, silica, whole-food (Aloe vera gel concentrate, brown rice), magnesium stearate and magnesium oxide.
