Tetracaine
Phenol
Menthol
Clove essential oil
Benzalkonium chloride
This combination of components has analgesic action (reduces pain), dehydrating and disinfectant that produces an immediate sedation of ear pain.

The recommended way of use and dosage of Otogen soothing ear drops solution are:

Administer 2-3 drops in the ear and cover it with a little cotton.
Apply the treatment 2-3 times a day, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
This medication is contraindicated in suppurative otitis media and in cases of eardrum perforation.

Children and pregnant or breast-feeding women should not use this medicine without first consulting their doctor.

Otogen soothing ear drops solution can produce side effects such as irritation inside the ear in case of excessive application.
