Composition:

Maltodextrin, chicory inulin, lactic ferments (soy, milk * and derivatives (Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, anti-caking agent: silica, zinc bisglycinate), lactobacillus acidi, maldextrin in achuldextrin, acidophilus maldextrin.

For 1 envelope:
Lactic ferments: equivalent to 10 billion ferments.
Chicory Inulin ... 900 mg

(*) = Contains traces of milk that do not affect lactose intolerant people.

Posology:

Take 1 sachet a day, in the morning or in the evening before meals, diluted in a glass of water or mixed with a semi-liquid food (yogurt, compote, etc.)
