Composition:
Calcium phosphates and microcrystalline cellulose, baobab powder Adansonia digitata (pulp), thickeners: sodium alginate and cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, colorants: spirulina and apple concentrate and lemon and safflower concentrate, melatonin.
For 1 tablet:
Melatonin .................................... 1.9 mg
Posology:
Take 1 tablet a day 1 hour before bedtime.
Precautions:
Not recommended in pregnant and lactating women, in people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, in people with epilepsy, asthmatics and in people suffering from mood, behavior or personality disorders. Risk of drowsiness.
