Its innovative formula in RETARD tablets facilitates the prolonged and sustained release of melatonin throughout the night (8 hours) according to the dissolution study carried out by the University Institute of Science and Technology of Barcelona. Product suitable for vegans.
Composition:
Magnesium oxide, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), stabilizer (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), L-Tryptophan, anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium stearate), vitamin B3 (niacin), melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Melatonin 1.98mg
Vitamin B6 1.4mg
Niacin 16 mg NE
Magnesium 56.25mg
Posology:
Take 1 tablet a day 30 minutes before going to bed.
Take 1 tablet on the first day of a trip and a few days after arrival at the destination.
The tablets should be taken whole.
