Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag and decrease the time needed to fall asleep.

Precautions:

It should not be administered to children, although cases of use in attention deficits and in children with autism and mental retardation have been described.
Given the lack of data on its use during pregnancy and lactation, it is recommended to avoid its use during these stages.
Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
It is recommended not to use melatonin if you are being treated with immunosuppressants. Before using melatonin, special control by a specialist is recommended if the patient is being treated with antidiabetics, anticoagulants or sedative-hypnotics.
Special caution is required in the use of melatonin in hypertensive patients, with symptoms of depression, hormonal disorders, renal and/or hepatic disorders.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Composition:

For one tablet:
Melatonin 1.9mg
Glazing Agent: Vegetable Cellulose; Anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; Support: croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid.

Posology:

It is suggested to take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime or follow the specialist's recommendations.
