BIO Maitake dry extract (Grifola frondosa) standardized to 15% beta-glucans: 60 mg
Dry extract of BIO Sun Mushroom (Agaricus blazei) standardized to 20% beta-glucans: 60 mg
BIO Reishi dry extract (Ganoderma lucidum) standardized to 30% polysaccharides (20% beta-glucans) and 5% triterpenes (such as ganoderic acid): 40 mg
BIO Shiitake dry extract (Lentinula edodes) standardized to 15% beta-glucans: 40 mg
BIO Cordyceps dry extract (Cordyceps sinensis) standardized to 30% polysaccharides, 0.3% cordycepin and 1% adenosine: 40 mg
Camu-Camu extract (Myrciaria dubia) standardized to 50% in Vitamin C: 24 mg

Posology:

Take 1 or 2 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
