Dosage
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably after meals.

L-Carnitine base, maltodextrin, gelatin, Citrus aurantium (bitter orange), Camellia sinensis (Green Tea; dry leaf extract containing at least 6% caffeine), Tribulus terrestris, L-ascorbic acid, Paullinia cupana (Guarana; dry seed extract containing at least 22% caffeine), Ginkgo biloba (dry leaf extract containing at least 24% ginkgo flavoglycosides and 6% terpene lactones), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, nicotinamide, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, cyanocobalamin (0.1%), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium chloride, D-biotin, color: carmosine (E 122).

Precautions
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
May cause headaches, gastrointestinal disturbances, agitation, and insomnia, especially when combined with other foods or products containing caffeine (supplements, coffee, tea, soft drinks).
May lead to increases in blood pressure and anxiety, or may aggravate them and induce arrhythmias in susceptible individuals.
People with heart disease or type 2 diabetes should not use this product for more than 3 consecutive months. L-carnitine in excessive doses may cause nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Not recommended for anxiety, tachycardia, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, gastritis, and gastroduodenal ulcers.
Caution is recommended in cases of seizure disorder.
Do not combine with other stimulants, as this increases their effect.
L-carnitine should not be combined with anticonvulsants and nucleoside analogues used in the treatment of HIV. Bioavailability may be reduced in the presence of some antibiotics and anticancer drugs.
Do not combine with antiplatelet therapy.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
