How to take Garlic Oil Health Aid?

For adults and children over 6 years, one capsule a day with cold water after eating food. If required, in adults it may be increased to two capsules a day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose for this product.
Ingredients:
Garlic (Allium sativum), oil (unscented) 2mg. (Equivalent to 2000 mg of fresh garlic bulb)
Fillers (sunflower oil, medium chain triglycerides), capsule [gellants (modified starch, carrageenan), humectant (glycerol), acidity regulator (disodium phosphate)], anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), emulsifier (lecithin ).
Without salt or sugar. Does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs), yeast, wheat and dairy products. Free dyes, preservatives and artificial flavorings.
Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of younger children.
