Do not use Efferalgan 500 mg:
In children under 6 years.
In case of allergy or hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any of the ingredients present in this medicine.

How to use
Dissolve one Efferalgan 500 mg effervescent tablet in a glass of water. The recommended dose varies depending on the age of the patient:

In adults: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours. You can take 2 tablets (1 g of paracetamol) every 6-8 hours if necessary, without exceeding in any case the maximum dose of 8 tablets per day.
Adults with kidney disease: 1 tablet every 6-8 hours, not to exceed 6 tablets daily.
Children from 12 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, maximum 5 daily.
Children from 6 to 11 years old: half a tablet (250 mg) every 4-6 hours, without exceeding the maximum dose of 5 doses in 24 hours (2 and a half tablets).
