On this basis, the following is added phytotherapy: - Alquemila: flow regulator is recommended in dysmenorrhea with heavy bleeding. Hiperestrogenia inhibitor. - Chasteberry: Regulatory effect of estrogen inhibitor and FSH LH modulator. - Thyme, Hyssop and Comino: rich in essential oils Gonadotropins inhibitors. Ergyfem help women with heavy bleeding, with abdominal pain, sometimes accompanied with migraines, hot flashes, ... We recommend to take 2 caps daily (1 morning and 1 night) 15 minutes before meals. In marked symptomatology has to take for 3 full menstrual cycles, and value. In milder cases, you can take only 1 to 14 day menstrual cycle. From the second cycle will be significantly improved.
